GoRentals.pk is a WhatsApp-native marketplace that connects property owners with prospective tenants. We provide:

• A WhatsApp-based experience for listing properties and submitting rental requirements
• Property verification before listings go live
• CNIC verification for tenants
• Search and matching between tenants and verified properties
• A platform fee mechanism for unlocking direct contact details
• Customer support for queries, escalations, and disputes

We are not a real estate agency, broker, property manager, or party to any rental agreement formed between owner and tenant.

To use GoRentals.pk, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid Pakistani CNIC (where required for verification)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during onboarding and throughout your use of the service

When using the service, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information when listing a property or submitting rental requirements
• Keep your profile information updated so matches remain relevant
• Provide a valid phone number linked to WhatsApp for all platform communication
• Maintain the confidentiality of your communication details
• Take responsibility for all activity associated with your account

For all users

• Provide accurate, truthful information
• Complete CNIC verification honestly (where applicable)
• Use the platform only for legitimate residential or commercial rental purposes
• Treat other users with respect
• Comply with all applicable Pakistani laws

For tenants

• Use contact unlocks for genuine rental inquiries only
• Do not share unlocked contact information with others
• Do not resell or redistribute property information from the platform

For owners

• List only properties you legally own or are authorized to rent out
• Provide honest video walkthroughs and accurate property descriptions
• Respond to verified tenant inquiries within reasonable time
• Update or remove listings when properties become unavailable
• Honor your listed price in good faith negotiations

• We don't guarantee that any listed property is available at any specific time
• We don't guarantee that any tenant will rent any specific property
• We don't negotiate rental prices on behalf of either party
• We don't draft, witness, or enforce rental agreements between owner and tenant
• We don't provide legal, financial, or real estate advisory services

Tenants and owners can unlock the contact details of a matched property owner or tenant by paying a one-time platform fee, which is displayed in the WhatsApp interface before payment is initiated. Payment is processed through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank transfer. By initiating payment, you authorize the charge.

Refund eligibility, the process for raising a refund request, and resolution timelines are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content, graphics, design elements, logos, software, brand assets, and intellectual property rights associated with GoRentals.pk are owned solely by PUREVIBE TECHNOLOGIES (PRIVATE) LIMITED.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the service or website without our prior written consent
• Use the GoRentals.pk name, logo, or brand elements without explicit permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform

Your access to the service does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

You may not:

• Submit false CNIC information or impersonate another person
• List properties you do not own or are not authorized to rent
• Use the platform for fraud, harassment, or any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass the contact-unlock mechanism (e.g., embedding contact information in walkthrough videos or photos)
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data
• Interfere with platform infrastructure or attempt to disrupt service
• Engage in discriminatory rental practices in violation of Pakistani law
• Misuse customer support channels (spam, abusive language, repeated false complaints)

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
• You violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited conduct
• You engage in unlawful, unethical, or harmful behavior towards GoRentals.pk or its users

Where possible, we will notify you and give you a chance to respond — except where immediate action is required to protect other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to access and use the service will cease immediately.

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific outcome will result from using it.

We are not responsible for:

• The conduct of any user
• The accuracy or completeness of user-submitted information beyond our verification steps
• The condition of any listed property
• The outcome of any rental agreement, negotiation, or interaction between users
• Any damage, loss, or harm arising from the use of the service

Disagreements between tenants and owners (e.g., over property condition, rent terms, deposit returns, agreement breaches) are matters between those parties. While we may assist with informal mediation in good faith, we are not obligated to resolve such disputes and are not a party to any rental agreement.

For any dispute between you and GoRentals.pk arising from your use of the service:

• Contact us first via WhatsApp or email to attempt informal resolution
• If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing legal action
• All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and brought exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal action or proceeding under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via WhatsApp and the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated. By continuing to use the service after such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
