This page explains how charges work on GoRentals.pk, what's included in our service, and the payment methods we accept. By using GoRentals.pk, you agree to the pricing terms described below.
How our charges work
GoRentals.pk operates on a transparent, one-time platform fee model. No subscriptions, no monthly charges, no broker commissions.
The platform fee is paid only when you find a property or tenant worth pursuing — at the moment you choose to unlock the other party's contact details. The exact fee amount is shown to you on WhatsApp before you confirm payment, so you always know what you're paying.
All prices are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts; any valid discount will be applied and shown clearly before payment is confirmed.

Browsing, listing, and discovery on GoRentals.pk are completely free. Whether you're a tenant searching for a home or an owner looking for the right tenant, you can use the core service at no cost.
Free for everyone
- Property listing for owners (no upfront fee)
- Requirement submission for tenants (no charge to receive matches)
- Verified property matches with video walkthroughs delivered on WhatsApp
- Pre-unlock questions about a specific listing
- Customer support via WhatsApp during operating hours
The one-time platform fee unlocks
- Direct contact details of the matched property owner or tenant
- The ability to communicate, negotiate, and finalize the deal directly on WhatsApp without any middleman
How you can pay
For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods.
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
- Direct Bank Transfer (IBFT) to our designated business account
Payment via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer requires you to share the transaction screenshot with us on WhatsApp at +92 349 281 0130, so our team can verify the payment and unlock your contact details promptly.
One-time, every time
The platform fee is a one-time charge per unlock. We do not bill recurring subscriptions, and we do not store or auto-charge your payment details. You only pay when you actively choose to unlock a contact.
If our prices change
GoRentals.pk reserves the right to revise platform fees or introduce new features at any time. Any pricing change applies only to new transactions made after the change takes effect — users who have already paid for an unlock will not be charged the difference. Updated pricing will always be reflected on this page.
