This Disclaimer outlines the role, limitations, and responsibilities of GoRentals.pk, owned and operated by PUREVIBE TECHNOLOGIES (PRIVATE) LIMITED. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
What we are — and aren't
GoRentals.pk operates as a technology marketplace that connects property owners with prospective tenants through WhatsApp. We are not a real estate broker, agent, property manager, or party to any rental agreement formed between owners and tenants. We do not own, lease, manage, or control any of the properties listed on the platform.
What we don't promise
GoRentals.pk facilitates the introduction of property owners and tenants based on the information provided by users. We do not guarantee:
- The successful matching, agreement, or finalization of any rental between users
- The accuracy of any specific match recommendation
- The suitability, compatibility, or long-term success of any rental relationship
- The availability of any specific property or tenant at any given time
All interactions, negotiations, and decisions made between users are at their sole discretion and risk.
The limits of verification
While we make reasonable efforts to verify property listings and user identities through our verification processes, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information shared on the platform. Property availability, pricing, conditions, and user responsiveness can change at any time without notice. Users are strongly encouraged to verify all details independently and conduct due diligence before making any commitment.
We're not your lawyer or accountant
Information shared by GoRentals.pk, including through our customer support team, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, real estate, or professional advice. For decisions involving significant financial or legal commitments — including rental agreements, security deposits, and dispute resolution — users should consult appropriately qualified professionals.
What we depend on
GoRentals.pk relies on third-party services to operate, including but not limited to:
- WhatsApp Business API (Meta) for messaging
- EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and bank networks for payment processing
- Cloud hosting and storage providers
Service interruptions, technical failures, policy changes, or operational decisions by these third parties are beyond our direct control. We are not liable for losses or inconveniences arising from third-party service issues, though we will use reasonable efforts to minimize impact and restore service promptly.
What other users do is up to them
GoRentals.pk does not control the conduct of users on the platform. While we verify properties before listings go live and require CNIC verification for tenants, we cannot guarantee the behavior, intentions, or representations of any individual owner or tenant. Disputes between users are matters between those parties; our role in dispute resolution is described in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Visit before you commit
Video walkthroughs and photographs shared on the platform are submitted by property owners. While we review them for obvious misrepresentation as part of our verification process, we cannot guarantee they reflect the property's exact current condition at the time of unlock or visit. We strongly recommend physical inspection of any property before signing a rental agreement or making any financial commitment.
Where this site links out
Our website may contain links to external websites and services that are not operated by GoRentals.pk. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party websites or services, and we do not endorse them. Accessing third-party links is at your own discretion and risk.
The cap on what we owe
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, GoRentals.pk, PUREVIBE TECHNOLOGIES (PRIVATE) LIMITED, and our employees, agents, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use of our services
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by users
- The conduct, behavior, or representations of any other user
- Outcomes, agreements, or disputes arising from interactions facilitated through the platform
- Service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party service issues
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or PKR 5,000, whichever is greater.
Your use of the service is at your own risk.
If this Disclaimer changes
We reserve the right to modify or update this Disclaimer at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via WhatsApp, and the "Effective Date" above will be updated. We encourage users to review this Disclaimer periodically.
